  1. This prize draw is open to authorised representatives of small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) registered within the United Kingdom and of which meet two out of the following three characteristics a) turnover is less than £25m; b) There are less than 250 employees employed in the business;  and c) gross assets are less than £12.5m.
  1. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  1. Submission of an entry will be deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions, and all entries must be submitted via DHLBusinessLive.co.uk/GoGlobal and only one entry per person is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse an entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
  1. The opening date for entries is, from and including 8 March 2017 and will close at 12pm on 9 April 2017. Entries received after this date will not be considered. DHL (“the Promoter”) reserves the right to amend the promotion period.
  1. The winner will receive:
    1. For the Leicester City v Tottenham Hotspur Premier League match (the “Match”) scheduled for Sunday 23 April 2017 at the King Power Stadium, the winner will have the full use of DHL’s Leicester City sponsorship package for the Match on the 23rd April 2017. This will include the following:
      1. 4 minutes of LED banner advertising during the Match; and 4 minutes of crowd-facing LED banner advertising during the Match.
      2. One 30 second Stadium TV commercial to be played three times (pre-match/half-time/post-match) on the giant stadium video screen at Leicester City v Tottenham Hotspur.
      3. 1 full-page colour advert in the Match programme.
      4. 1 x 10 seat corporate box for the Match with food and refreshments included.
      5. Social media posts on Leicester City’s official Facebook and Twitter pages, published between 17 April and 23 April 2017. Hereafter referred to as the “Prize.”

 

All branding and editing will be DHL led, with the winning SME’s logo incorporated under the banner “DHL supporting small business…”. All necessary artwork will be created at DHL’s expense and is subject to the approval of both DHL and Leicester City Football Club.

Clause 7(1),(2),(3) and (5) are subject to the Winner engaging with authorised representatives of Leicester City FC, DHL and their 3rd party suppliers in the required time frames to ensure that such media, designs, and video meet the minimum technical and design requirements (as set out by DHL and Leicester City FC).  The Winner must comply with any reasonable requirements specified by Leicester City FC, DHL or their 3rd party suppliers.

DHL expects the winner to ensure that it and its guests behave in an acceptable manner at all times.  Any inappropriate behaviour could result in you or your guest(s) being removed from the stadium. Such inappropriate behaviour includes for example; swearing, being abusive, and using hand gestures.  You will also be required to comply with all rules of attendance at the stadium (if any) as stipulated by Leicester City FC.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. DHL reserves the right to remove or change any part of the Prize listed above without payment of compensation, at any time.

  1. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges nominated by DHL. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. No travel or accommodation is included within this draw. All prize winners are responsible for their own costs.
  1. Please note that the fixture may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control. Any changes in dates or times of matches will be notified to the winners at the earliest possible convenience.
  1. All entrants grant the Promoter permission to use their name and image on DHL owned social media platforms and websites. An announcement of the winner may be made on our online platforms and other marketing platforms.
  1. The winner of the Prizes will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw taking place with further details about how to claim In the event that the Promoter does not receive a response from the winner of the Prizes within 72 hours of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw such entitlement and award the Prizes to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. The Promoter does not take responsibility for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
  1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, their subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, agents and employees, and any other sponsors and Prize providers will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or any entrant, or accept any liability for any loss, expenses or disappointment, damage, personal injury or death whether direct or indirect, caused to or suffered by the winner or any entrant, as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, their subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, agents and employees, and any other sponsors and Prize providers.
  1. The names of the winner can be requested in writing, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope, to the Promoter at the address given below.
  1. All intellectual property rights in any competition entry, image, design, banner or videos shown during the Match in connection with this prize promotion shall be owned by and vest in the Promoter. Each entrant unconditionally and irrevocably waives any moral rights or design rights applicable to any such entry, image, design, banner or videos, and assigns to the Promoter all such intellectual property rights with full title guaranteed.
  1. English law applies to these terms and conditions, which are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
  1. Data Protection: Your personal details are important to us and will be used in full compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (‘the Act’). When you enter this DHL contest or prize draw, you automatically agree to your personal details being hosted by a reputable third party, and for the winners name to be disclosed to any person requesting such information from DHL. We will use your data to contact you for sales and marketing purposes for a maximum period of 12 months. By entering into this contest or prize draw you agree to your information being used as described above.

DHL requires such third parties to treat your personal details as fully confidential and to fully comply with the UK Data Protection legislation in place. DHL will not release your personal details to any other third party for any other mailing or marketing purposes.  The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
